Since 2016, Cary has attended Ted and is inspired by innovators and entrepreneurs globally that think different. Cary has developed extensive connections with CEOs and executives of many leading technology and resource companies. Pinkowski was instrumental in the founding of Entrée Resources, which discovered part of the Oyu Tolgoi deposit, and went onto become one of the largest copper gold mines in the world. He is a Senior Investment Advisor at CG Wealth Management and has over 25 years of experience with North American and European capital markets. Kevin is an Investment Advisor with the Pinkowski Group at CG Wealth Management. He holds a BBA and is licensed in both Canada and the United States. Kevin is bilingual in English and Mandarin and works with a diverse group of  institutional and HNW clients. With a passion for venture investments, he leverages his strong analytical skills and market insight to provide clients access to exclusive alpha generating investment opportunities in both public and private markets. Kevin has over 6 years of experience at CG Wealth Management.

Suzanne is an Investment Associate for the Pinkowski Group at CG Wealth Management. Suzanne emigrated from the Emerald Isle in 2018 and joined the Pinkowski Group in 2019. Suzanne works closely with Cary & Kevin on a day-to-day basis providing business and private support. Suzanne is responsible for day-to-day operational duties and is also focused on maintaining relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met. Suzanne is a licensed Registered Representative with IIROC  and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Galway, Ireland.
